I recently changed my router and i disabled DHCP so i need to manually set ip and DNS on each device. I cannot find anything about manulally setting IP on the photosmart c4780 and enabling DHCP is not possible.

Just have to search Youtube...

However you will have to use a USB cable to connect and make changes in your printer.
User Guide is here.

Thanks but this couldnt solve my problem as my printer cant connect to the network in order to get an IP so i can connect to it and change the IP as it shows on the video. I tried binding an IP with its MAC address from the router but this wont work if i cant first get a valid IP.

Ok, got it. Well I don't know how your going to set a static IP in the printer now. You have to use a Printer USB cable and run the setup software and install it via USB. Then convert it to wireless and set your IP then.
If the printer had a front panel that can be used for configuration, it would be easy.
