Considering purchase of this product, but it has to fit in a specific location.

"Dimensions" suggests a nice fit.

"Max Dimensions" is a showstopper.

What's the difference? Is the latter temporary e.g. for when you slide a tray out to refill paper? Please explain.

thanks.

Hi,

Max dimensions: when expand other component(s) for eample output tray. Please note: you also need to have room for air.
