Hi
My HP Envy 5644 Printer doesn't print in colour anymore. Printer records ink status as full.
Recently replaced colour cartridge, cleaned heads and re-alingned.
All signs show that it is working but no colour printing occurs.
Have used guidelines to check all options.
Any suggestions???????
Any help much required.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.
I understand that you are unable to print in color from your HP ENVY 5644 e-All-in-One Printer.
This issue could occur if the nozzles of the printhead that print in black are damaged or not working.
Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

Thanks for your response. I tried all your tips before I posted and as stated, this did not solve the problem.
The ink cartridges supplied by HP Instant Ink do not have a vent to clean on them.
Any further suggestions would be much appreciated.

Correct, you do not have a vent on your cartridges. The correct document for your printer is Color or Black Ink Not Printing.
In the event that you have a defective ink cartridge, please send me a private message with your account number or email address. Confirm that the address on your account is correct.
