Yes, that works,

Disabling UPnP on the printer fixes the issue. You can leave it enabled on BitTorrent Sync.

How does one disable UPnP on a Photosmart C410 all-in-one?

I just found my own answer to the above question.....  I used the browser and opened a session into the embedded web server (put the IP address of the printer into the URL on the browser).  I was able to go to Network Settings, Advanced, and disable UPnP.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this fixes the problem.  The c410 has been up over an hour now.....

Thanks go to Robert in his earlier post in this series.  He suggested that perhaps disabling UPnP on the printer itself.  I used the browser to go into my c410 setup screen (URL is the IP address for the printer) and went to the advanced network screen and disabled UPnP (Plug n Play).  The printer has been up over 12 hours, it used to go into a flashing fit with "Turn the printer off then on" on the screen after less than one hour.  The UPnP setting is on the Network Tab - Advanced Settings - UPnP. Click UPnP and there's an option to disable.

I have a similar problem with an old HP3310 AIO as well.  This same fix seems to have fixed its spurrious "divide by zero" error on the display as well.

Hi there,
I had the same problem with my HP OfficeJet Pro 8620.
when i connect it to the cable/wirless , it turn gives me a message error, B84216FE. and to trun off and back on
to solve this
1- Disconnect the LAN cable, or the ethernet cable.
(if it's connected to the wireless then when it's on, go to setting>tools and reset network to factory default)
2- Check the date and make it today's date (the day you are reading this)
3- connect to the wifi/ connect the cable and it should work
