Product: HP Designjet 510
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had some software 500 that was put on the pc to replace the HP-GL/2 Accessory Card that was u/s everything had worked fine for almost 12 months until this week where we cant communicate at all with the printer the print job goes into the que then disapeares
