HP6600

I have an error message that reads: There is a problem with the printer or ink system. 

 

I have tried all new ink cartridges, shutting down, unplugging from printer and outlet. 

 

nothing works,

 

Any help or suggestions?

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the ink system error on your Officejet 6600 printer.  Note that other than checking the cartridges (and I would expect little chance that two sets of cartridges would leak, unless they were refills) there is little to do other than have the unit serviced.

If you're talking about the document with troubleshooting. I tried all of them. Is there a different document you are talking about?
