Thank you
I have checked out the specs, and you should try using 75lb card stock or lower to have it work with your Envy 100. 100lb is most likely not working because it's not supported.
I hope that helps

Hello there! Welcome to the forums @Justdaisy 🙂
I would like to ask that you respond to me with which Envy you are trying to print from, and OS, and I will check out that units specifications to see if I can help you out with the paper type you should select.
How Do I Find My Model Number?
Have a great day!
