Hi @jazzer13,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!

I see that you're wondering if your HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer can print U.S. Legal: 216 x 356 mm (8.5 x 14 inches). I would be happy to help you and please remember to return to this thread and mark 'Accept as Solution', if I have successfully helped you resolve the issue.

Yes, your printer is capable of printing Legal: (8.5 x 14 inches) paper.

To load paper
Do not insert paper while the printer is printing.
  1. Pull out the main input tray.
Figure : Pull out the main input tray.
  2. Slide the paper-width guides out as far as possible.
  3. Insert the paper print-side down in the center of the tray.
Make sure the stack of paper is aligned and then inserted as far inside the printer as possible and does not exceed the higher line marking in the tray. For more help, refer to the diagram engraved in the tray.
Figure : The higher line that the stack of standard-size paper does not exceed
  4. Slide the paper-width guides in the tray until they touch the edge of the stack of paper, and then reinsert the tray.

NOTE: To load legal-size paper, press the blue latch at the bottom left of the input tray and fully extend the tray.
  5. Pull out the output tray extension until the intended paper size is reached.

so I was able to put the 8.5x14 paper in the tray.  When I went to print, my printer doesn't show up now.  I changed the size of the paper earlier and the preview showed it was 8.5x14. I made a few corrections and now printer doesn't show up so I can't print.  How do I fix that issue
