All I seem to get on the printer is the above message - Problem with Printhead and beneath it there is a code 0xc19a0042.
Could someone tell me how to get this printer working again I have tried switching off, removing toner cartridges, looking for any obstructions, switching on resending printing and the same message comes up.
Any help would be greatly appreicated, Oh and also when I took the printer out of the box it came in a small plastic cog fell out, this may have something to do with it but it has been printing well since I got it a month ago.

Hi @cloyce4346,
What I suggest is to use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number
Case number and phone number appear.
