Product: HP Officejet 4630 & Instant In
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

Is it necessary to use the program, Shop for HP Supplies  with 492 MB, to operate the HP Instant Ink plan with my printer HP Officejet 4630.  I would like to remove the program to speed up my system.

 

Help.  Thank you.

Hi @wonniegeorgia, you can remove that program. Shop for Supplies is handy, but since your ink comes from the Instant Ink service you don't need to shop for cartridges. 🙂 

 

If you were buying paper online you might want to keep it, but you can go to HPShopping.com for that. Shop for supplies is essentially a shortcut.
