Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a message on my printer's screen:

 

At the top, "Printer Failure"

 

The main message, " There is a problem with the printer or ink system.  Turn printer off, then back on."

 

I have done that, as well as other troubleshooting steps that I found on the HP website.  None of which resolved the issue.  I'm not sure what else to do.  Any thoughts?
