HP Recommended

I have this same problem! Nothing happened to my printer; all was printing fine yesterday and today all it does is jam! I moved it the other day but literally moved it maybe 5 feet from the dresser to the table. It has just been sitting there since and I opened the cover today and this white piece is loose under the duplex cover. Anyone able to figure out where this goes? Please help I can't print anything!!
