Our office just received this printer and we would like to rotate images so they will print using as much paper as possible. The attached files show the problem. When we print the 24 X 36 page in portrait with no rotation it prints fine, but there is a lot of wasted paper. When we print the document in portrait with rotation a piece of the top and bottom border get cut off - even thought the content of the image and side border is printed. Portrait - 24 X 36 - No Rotation.JPGPortrait - 24 X 36 - No Rotation.JPG

Hi,

There is an option on the driver to rotate the image.

But first, make sure the image is not bigger than the paper size, or use scale to fit.

Second, change the orientation of the image from the aplication.

What aplication are you using?

Best regards

Thanks for the response, however, the problem is definitely not the paper size, otherwise the whole right border would be missing as well as the content. it's just the two small missing pieces of the top and bottom border when it rotates (see pic 1). We know how to rotate the image but the output is what you see on pic 1.  If we print portrait style (pic 2) it prints everything just fine, but leaves a lot of wasted paper.

Yes

From what applications are you printing?

Have you try using a driver with the option to Show Print Preview before printing?

Yes, that's how I was able to share the images above. It's printing out exactly as shown.

Go to Devices and Printers

Right crick on the printer and select Printing preferences > Acvanced

Change Max. Application Resolution to 300

Reboot the computer and try printing again

If still have the problem, go to the Advance tap again and enable 16-bit App. Compatibility

Best regards
