Before I installed the full features of the print scan software, I was able to scan a document and it would ask if there was another document, on the scanner touch screen. If I kept hitting yes, it would continue to scan each page and then I could save as one PDF file. But after I updated and installed the "full features", it no longer will do that. It will only scan one page at a time. I would prefer to scan multiple pages and then save, how do I get it to do that again?

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Can you try this alternative scan solution:
HP Scan Extended
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi
Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"
It has the similar Add pages feature. (except with a new user interface)
Let us know if that works.
