Product: MFP m477fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot seem to find the Full drivers nor the HP scan software for the MFP m477fdw for Windows 10.

 

I can only locate the basic drivers.

 

 I have users that like that software and want it installed!

 

Where can i find and download the scan software for that machine?

Please try this scan solution:
 
HP Scan Extended

For Windows:   ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

Make searchable PDF scans with this free scanning software -   https://www.naps2.com/

I get an error message: "The HP Imaging Device was not found"

 

I reinstalled/repaired a couple fo times with the same result.

Totally reinstall the Full Featured Software and Drivers from the HP Web site.

Ok, I must be missing it, I cannot find a Windows 10, Full Featured Drivers and Software for an MFP m477fdw, it looks like only the Basic drives and software is available for Windows 10.

 

Or am I just missing them, because I have looked.

Looks like you may have to experiment with what the HP page has.
