HP Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

I just bought my Hp Deskjet 2700 model. At first, I set it up and everything ran smooth, then I tried to install it on my iPad. There I could not set it up. I tried to use all the online existed material but simply it led to nothing. I gave up. Then I tried to print something via my laptop (Windows 10) but I could not print anything. All my printings were stuck in queue with no print. I followed the info in this links (https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04695514), but it did not work at all. I have also uninstalled the HP driver and software many many times and once I start to set up the printer, in the HP smart: printer setup, the printer is found but the next step "configuring the printer " goes on and on with endless loop saying sending network information. I tried to turn the printer on and off, install and reinstall the HP smart, but I keep being stuck in the second set after identifying the printer {configuring the printer}. I tried also to use HP print and scan doctor, but the same thing happened, the app identifies the printer but it failed to communicate with it.

It is soo annoying and I have spent many hours trying to fix these issues but with no success. Please let me know what I can do to fix these issues!  Please show me something I have not tried before because it is annoying doing those things over and over. Some help is highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

Once done, try connecting the Printer to the devices via the HP Smart App.

Let me know if this helps.

Have a great day!
