Hey @barbaraB-333

Welcome to the HP Support Forum. :robothappy:

I understand you're encountering some print quality issues with your HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer.  I'd like to work with you on this.  I have some suggestions that might help.

Firstly, to answer your main question, the cancel button is on the touch display as indicated below:

ENVY 5530 cancel button.png

The cancel button will appear as a white X below the arrow button when you're printing a document or there's print jobs queued up and you want to cancel them.

As for your main issue with print quality, holding this button down won't reset the printer or change what's coming out of the printer ink-wise.  I recommend you click here and work your way through the steps that apply to your current setup to troubleshoot the issue.

Please let me know the result of your troubleshooting by responding to this post.  Also, do include what version of operating system you're running in case we need to adjust your print quality settings.  If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below and clicking to accept this solution.

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum.  Have a great day!
