I get a error message that says no scan options for HP officejet 5610 All In One

Usually that means the printer's scan form front panel options are not enabled.  Try following the instructions in this document.  Let me know if you need more help.

what to do when it says no scan options  HP officejet 5610 All in One

HP Recommended

I have been having problems with scanning lately. Sometimes, turning my printer off & then back on works, but lately that hasn't helped. So i tried uninstalling & re-installing the software from my original CD and that wouldn't work so I downloaded it from the hp website. Now I keep getting the "no scan options" error. When I ran the printer diagnostics it was told to install the photo & imaging software. I cannot get my original CD to work and I can't find that software on the hp website. Please help. I really need to scan. I have had this printer since 2005 I think.
