my scanned documents are rejected wheni send for being too big even when its only one page

As I Understand you've been getting an error message that the message is too large when you attempt to print a document,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution: 

What is the product number of your product? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 

Which format do you have these scanned documents in? if they are (.PDF), please save them as (.JPEG) and retry.

 

Meanwhile, I recommend upgrading your firmware: Click here to find the update.
