1. HP Office Jet 4500
2. Windows xp
3. It says scan to, I press ok and it says no scan option referr to device documentation to trouble shoot, Press ok\
4. No changes made to system
5. I want to scan document from my printer/scanner to the computer. What do I do??

Here is a troubleshooting article to help address the "No Scan Option" error message. Please let us know the results.

Hi kartlm1,
1. Open Solution Center, and then select Settings
2. Chose scan to settings
3. Remove the shortcuts from the right side
4. Click update device, and then close the scan to setup window
5. Reopen the scan to setup window
6. Add the shortcuts from the left side to the right side
7. Click update device
8. Try scanning from the front panel of the printer

Hi noune,
If you have the printer software properly installed to your computer you should have an Icon on your desktop labeled Solution Center or you can locate it by clicking start - All Programs - HP or Hewlett Packard - Solution Center.
What printer do you have?
What is the operating system on your computer?
How do you have the printer connected to your computer?
