i had an hp envy 4510 put on my new hp computer a week ago.  when i tried to print an email, nothing happened.  it showed to hook up to an eprinter, which I did.  Then I realized I shouldnt have, now Im trying to reconnect the envy printer, and it asks for a pin number.  I have looked everywhere, but I cannot find a pin number.  Do you know where I can get it?

Web Access Test Results below: Model # Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-one 

 

My Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-one is configured with an automaticallyy assigned IP address (called an "Auto IP" address). On Most networks, having this type of IP address can prevent the printer from communicating over the network or accessing the internet.

 

The test resuts also suggested that using a computer running Windows can cause this problem and directed me to the hp.com/go/tools Website.

Have a new HP Envy 7640 printer.  It was working fine, but now is not printing.  Computer says printer is ready.  Have cable connected to computer, also have WiFi. Any ideas?

My hp deskjet 2540 has stopped working. I have renewed the black inkjet cartridge  and lights have gone out but when I go to print an e mail I receive an alert message advising I have an error o my printer. Any idea what this could be?
