Hi,

@annieree41o

@KimDarling

Thank you for joining the HP Support community. I understand that you are unsure what to do with the ePrint setup instructions.

You didn't indicate what HP printer you have so I have included a general document on setting up a customized ePrint email address which gives you the steps you need to follow.

@huggybug

Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I'm not sure what assistance you are looking for with your post.

To better assist you, would you please provide some further information:

  1. What make/model/product number of HP printer do you have?
  2. How is the printer connected (USB cable, ethernet, or wireless)?
  3. What operating system are you using on your computer (Windows 7, Mac 10.8, or Windows 8, etc)?
  4. Do you have an error message?  If so, what does the error message say and where do you see it (computer, printer, or mobile device)?

Thank you.

Hi !

@Candchomesinc

Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I understand that you would like to know where to enter your claim code.

I have included a link to a post on here on the forums that shows you where to add your printer.  The post has screen shots for HP Connected and for ePrintCenter.
