Hi
Welcome to the HP Support forums. I suspect the code that you posted was the claim code for your printer to add it to your ePrintCenter/HP Connected account.
To better assist you would please provide some further information:
- What make/model/product number of HP printer do you have?
- How is the printer connected (USB cable, ethernet, or wireless)?
- Have you set up and ePrintCenter or HP Connected account yet? Note: HP Connected has only been rolled out to the USA and the UK.
- Are you wanting to customize the printer's ePrint email address?
Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Support community. I understand that you are having difficulties in trying to add your printer to your ePrintCenter/HP Connected account.
I have included a link to another post here on the forums where I show where to find the devices tab in HP Connected and HP's ePrintCenter. The post has screen shots to help.

Hi pumpui,
Welcome to the HP Support forums. I gather you would like to learn how to print from your Smartphone to your Photosmart 7520.
We need to start by ensuring your printer is connected to your home wireless network. You can easily connect your printer to your wireless network from the front panel of the printer. The instructions on how to do this can be found in your user guide on page 48 in the section titled "To connect the product with the Wireless Setup Wizard".
Once the printer is connected wirelessly we need to setup the ePrint feature of the printer. To start we need to enable the web services to get your Web Services Information Sheet. The instructions for this can also be found in your user guide on page 23 in the section titled "To get started with ePrint". Please follow instructions in Step 1, with one possible exception. It will guide to go www.hp.com/go/ePrintCenter. Please only use this web address if you live outside of the USA or the UK. If you live in the USA or the UK please go to www.hpconnected.com.
Once you have added your printer to your account, you can customize the printer's email address. I have included a link on how to do that.
Now that we have the ePrint feature setup and the ePrint email customized we can start printing from your Smartphone. I have included a document on printing from an Android device and another about printing from an Apple Device. For additional reference I have included the FAQ documents for the HP ePrint Mobile app and HP All-in-One Printer Remote app.
