Symptom/Diagnosis: 
If the HP App shows status as “Finish Setup”,  Simply click Finish Setup,  if the error EBS00P0013 persists, here's what we recommend to resolve the issue:

Solution:

  1. Uninstall app, restart the device and reinstall the app.
  2. Open App, sign in, if not signed in.
  3. Add printer and follow the onscreen dialogs and Finish setup to resolve the issue.
