- Error EBS00P0013 on HP App
Symptom/Diagnosis:
If the HP App shows status as “Finish Setup”, Simply click Finish Setup, if the error EBS00P0013 persists, here's what we recommend to resolve the issue:
Solution:
- Uninstall app, restart the device and reinstall the app.
- Open App, sign in, if not signed in.
- Add printer and follow the onscreen dialogs and Finish setup to resolve the issue.
