I find your current support very difficult. I am an older person and all this technology and attempting to figure it ouri is mind boggling. I used to be able to have a support person who took care of my needs. Now you want us to do it all on line. This is overwhelming to me and to complicated. So many choices and options. I find it very difficult toknow whre to go for help.. I am so discusted with a new HP Printer 2852E. First off I went to the address you gaver on the box and I was connected to a service guy who was a scammer. He was supposed to help ;me set up the printer and it took him 4 house while he apparetly spammed my computer. If this wasn't enough, Now I cannot figure out how to make a copy. Apparently, this printer does not make copies. What a peice of junk. I am returning it to Walmart. Never again. I hada HP5000 that went out of date and I wish that I had repurchased one of the same caliber, However, my boss told me to gat a less expensive one. but this one is a pieice of junk. Do not buy this printer. l I am returning miine.

I understand where you are coming from. I'm in the same boat, no help. My husband and I refuse to purchase anything more from HP.

I just ran into this 'missing' support link (on another answer) and to say the least, the rest of the support articles are sorely lacking in helpful directions. Just another way of HP showing the purchasing public, their voices, ideas and opinions are not valid. Since I am going to have to buy another printer, I will never own another HP product again. It is just that simple.
