Determine the Error Source
- Check the Display or Indicators:
- For printers with touchscreens, a message such as "Printheads missing" or "Printhead Problem" may appear.
- For printers without touchscreens, look for blinking attention lights and printhead icons.
Inspect the Printheads

- Lift the ink access door and wait until the carriage stops moving.
