- HP Smart Universal Printer Driver - Supported Devices
The Smart Universal Printer Driver is HP's latest effort in creating one driver package that will work for most printers. This article provides a current link to the official supported printer list.
The official list is here: https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/ish_6933917-6933962-16
As an aside, I have successfully used this driver with models not included on the list and if you have exhausted all other methods to get your printer to work, try this driver. I am not publishing a list of printers I have had success with as results may vary and I do not want people thinking that I am guaranteeing their results will match mine.

HP Laserjet 5N driver for Windows 10 (64 bit) needed.
My Laserjet 5N with JetDirect - J2552 ETHERNET adapter , worked well with earlier Windows 8 off my HP laptop until I upgraded to Windows 10 (64Bit).
Now, it just doesn't print off my LAN.
Does anyone know of the correct printer driver for this please?
(The same networked printer still works well off my Dell PC on Windows XP, via same Ethernet LAN).
