I have been having trouble with my printer printing and scanning. I have attempted to fix the problem to no avail. I was informed that "A driver is unavailable" and was advised to uninstall the printer and re-install. I was told that an un-install app is not available and un-install printer through Control Panel. I did this but still have the HP apps on my start menu. Can anyone advise me how to un-install all of HP printer and re-install? Thank you.
