  1. Install the HP App: First, download and install the HP app from 123.hp.com on your phone or tablet.

  2. Print Photos or Documents: Open the HP Smart app and select either the "Print Photos" or "Print Documents" tile, depending on the type of content you wish to print. You can print from your device, social media account, or cloud storage.

  3. Select the File: Find and select the photo or document you want to print. Supported file types include JPEG, PNG, and PDFs for Android devices, and additionally, Microsoft Office Suite documents for Apple iOS devices.

  4. Print the Document: Tap on the Print or Printer icon on the Preview screen, review the print settings, and then tap the Printer icon on the top right to start printing.

Using a Windows Computer

  1. Install the Full Feature Software: Make sure the HP full feature driver and software are installed on your computer. Download it from 123.hp.com.

  2. Print from Document Menu: Open the document you want to print, click "File" > "Print" > "Printer", and select the printer name that includes "Fax" if you wish to fax, or select your HP printer for regular print jobs.

  3. Use HP Printer Assistant: Alternatively, open the HP Printer Assistant on your computer, go to the "Print, Scan & Fax" tab, and select the printing options.

Using a Mac

  1. Install the HP Software: Ensure the HP driver and software are installed from 123.hp.com.

  2. Print from the Document Settings: Open your document, click "File" > "Print", and select the HP printer from the list. If not listed, add the printer via "System Preferences" > "Printers & Scanners".

With these steps, you should be able to print documents and photos from both your mobile device and your computer using an HP printer. Ensure you have sorted any connection issues and selected the correct printer in your device settings.
