Hi all,
We wanted to share some recommendations regarding Unable to print on HP+ and II Printers, “Printer setup incomplete” or “something went wrong” on HP+ printers.
- Please make sure the printer is powered on and network connected.
- If “Not able to Print” issue is encountered, or printer stuck at “validating… Please wait” screen:
- Please try to remove and reinsert all ink supplies/toners,check if printing is recovered. If issue persists, continue the troubleshooting
- Repeat step 1 again and power cycle the printer. Check if printer is recovered, If issue persists, continue the troubleshooting
- Perform Restore factory default, and re-onboard the printer.
- If issue persists, please contact HP
- If “Printer setup incomplete”, or “something went wrong UU_400” is seen for newly setup HP+ printers:

The printer is NOt connected to the printer because of what was stated above. It says I can connect with Wps but I don’t know what that is
