two message errors.  After installing new cartridge message says "Cartridge problem".  Cleaned and followed with unplug.  No change.  Second error:  Devise installation not complete.  Do not have CD to reinstall.

Were you successful in setting up your printer previously?

If you have internet connection, you can download the SW from 123.hp.com

Do you see the error for both cartridges or only one?

Only one cartridge was the problem.  I replaced with a new one but now I am out the cost for the problem cartridge.  Is there a way to get reimbursed?  I followed the direction to reinstall and all is perfect
