My printer wouldn't turn on. Tried the unplug and then re connect. It powered on but came up with the error message
REFLASH 12345 I do not kow how to correct this.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! 🙂 I see you are getting a Reflash error message on the control panel of your HP Deskjet 3520.You have tried to reset it but it did not help.
Take a quick look at the steps below and let me know if this made any changes?
1. Unplug the printer while it is powered on
2. Press and hold the cancel button while you plug the power cable back into the printer
3. Continue to hold the cancel button for 15 to 30 seconds
I will watch for your reply.

1. Product Name and Number (please do not post Serial Number)
• Example: HP Pavilion DV2-1209AX or HP Deskjet 3000 Printer CH393A
2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
• Example: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
