HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

I go to try and print something, and I get an error message that just tells me to visit the website but doesnt give me any direction as to why it wont print. ive tried multiple times to print various items from different places but get the same error message. my inks are brand new and from HP so where do i go from here?

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
