Hi @Denel1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I completely understand how frustrating it is to be locked out of your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e when you urgently need to print. Let me explain what’s happening and how to fix it quickly.

How to Fix It Now:

Step 1: Reconnect to Wi-Fi

  • On the printer screen, go to:
    • Settings > Network Setup > Wireless Setup Wizard
  • Reconnect to your Wi-Fi network

Step 2: Sign In to Your HP Account

  • On the printer screen:
    • Go to Settings > HP Account
    • Sign in with the same email you used during setup

Step 3: Use the HP Smart App

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
