Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just bought a new HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw printer.  Was able to initially set up Web Services, with no problem.  After a short time (1-2 hours later), I keep getting the same "Access Denied" error message when trying to open the Apps, mainly to access the Scan to Email feature via HP Web Services.  Each time this error occurs, I am able to successfully remove Web Services, and successfully reinstall Web Services.  It works every single time, I've done it probably close to 100 times.  Just to be clear, I AM NOT HAVING AN ISSUE CONNECTING TO WEB SERVICES, I AM having an issue STAYING CONNECTED to Web Services.  The firmware on the printer is updated.  The firmware on wireless router is updated.  The internet connection is good, WiFi is good.  The Wifi is 2.4GHz.  I've tried unplugging the printer, rebooting the router, etc. etc. etc.  several times.  Every single time I connect to Web Services successfully, it works for a short time, and then I get the same error message.  Please help.
