Product: HP OfficeJet 5740 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

After moving to another room my Officejet 5740 has stopped to work. It shows error c4eb82c3. As I have already noticed in this forum, to get rid of this error message the printer needs to be reset completely. The others were given detailed reset instructions on private message, so I guess I need those instructions too. I have already tried to disconnect this printer from electricity for longer periods, turning it on without ink cartridges installed, etc. but it doesn't help.

 

Please help me.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting an c4eb82c3 error, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
