Product: HP INKJET 4300 SERIES PRINTER
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The alignment page prints but is not recognized when placed in the document feed tray per instructions.  The only option is to cancel the alignment.   I have six print jobs in the queue, and the error code is that the printer is out of paper.  I cannot print.  Help!!!

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
