Printer likely cannot understand the content of the label.

Print the label as an image.

For example:

If you can do so, download the label file > Open in PDF reader > Print as image.

Reinstall / Update your PDF Reader (Adobe Reader DC / Foxit Reader)

  • HINT: Watch out for and UNCHECK unwanted extra software

Open the offending PDF file > File > Print > Advanced >>

  1. Set the printer select the colors

And / Or

  1. Print the PDF file as an image

If you cannot download the file > Snip the label > save file as a .jpg (image) file >

Open the file in image / photo software > Print

Open Snipping Tool and take a screenshot - Microsoft Support

If you are using Firefox, use the Firefox "Take a Screenshot" method.  Save the .png file and print.

  • Use Firefox browser (latest version)
  • Open your email account
  • View the email you want to print
  • Right-Click on the email > Select Take a Screenshot
  • Move the mouse around until the "box" includes the part of the email you want to print >
  • Left-Click to snap the box around the content >
  • If you like, stretch the boundaries a little larger to encompass the content the way you like it >
  • Click Save
  • Click Download to save the .png file onto your computer
  • (File will likely save to your Downloads folder)
  • Open File Explorer (formally Windows Explorer) >
  • Navigate to your Downloads folder >
  • Scroll, find, and Double-Click on the saved Screenshot*.png file to open the file in your default image viewer program >
  • Print the image file to your printer, adjusting the size / settings as appropriate / available in the program
