I have received a response to my previous message that was sent in December 2018 regarding issues I have with printing out in black ink using the cartidge that was sent to me from HP. I bought a new black ink cartridge from Argos to see if this would resolve the issue and it did. Given that my ink received from HP must have been faulty I need someone to please send me a further cartridge to replace the one that was not working. Can someone help with this?

I recommend you contact HP phone support and they will assist you in getting the cartridge replaced.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with the phone support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
