Bonjour à tous,

depuis peu, mon imprimante (laserjet pro CM1415fn) me joue des tours.
lorsque je lance des impression (que se soit sous word, powerpoint, image ou pdf) peu importe le volume du fichier, mon fais imprimante du bourrage ou se nettoie et m’affiche un message d’erreur « impression raté ».
j’ai essayé le le logiciel hp print and scan doctor, mais il ma rien signalé d’anormale.
Quelqu’un à déjà eu le problème ?

This type of behaviour is usually due to a worn out pickup roller for the paper tray. Replacing the roller is pretty easy and they are readily available. Part number is RM1-4426, you should also replace the separation roller at the same time, Part Number RM1-4840. If you remove the tray and look at the roller in the upper back of the cavity it the edge is smooth with no visible "fingerprint" like ridges, it is worn out.
