I continue to get error, “Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP instant ink” The printer is in rolled in HP instant ink. I was on the phone with HP support last week for a bout two hours. The issue was unable to be resolved, so I suggested they send new cartridges. The new cartridges worked to print my first print job of about eight pages then stopped. I still cannot get printing to work, and the error keeps appearing.

To get this issue sorted, I would need a few details.
