HP OFFICE JETPRO 8710

I replaced the ink cartridges on my Officejet pro 8710, not the first time with brand new hp cartridges and I still get the cartridges depleted message, I ve done everthing including unplugging the printer etc, what else is there to do?

Hi,

Your printer have 4 different ink cartridges (K = Black, Y = Yellow, C = Cyan, M = Magenta), which exact ink cartridges have been replaced?

 

What cartridges are indicated below the error message on your printer, you should see a colored circle with the indicated cartridge symbol?

I replaced all four of them with hp 952

Also, now I  cant scan anything to my desktop because the printer was kicked off online, ran the Scan Doctor and it says that I have to replace the cartridges. Bought on Amazon now over two months ago and sat on them because I was running low but was still able to print,  cant return them now.
