Christmas card envelops feed but do not print M254dw

I am trying to print Christmas Card envelopes. They are 6.25 Wide by 4.25. I can get them through the printer using tray two, but there is no image on the envelopes. I am printing from Word and I have set up the document to match the size. I don't know the weight of the envelopes, but it doesn't seem to be an issue since they go through the printer.

The printer does not support the envelope size (6.2X4.2)

Please refer to the printer specifications to know the supported envelope size.

Thanks...Under the printer specifications  and media sizes it says it supports 3 x 5 to 8.5 x 14 in, which would indicate that an envelop measuring 4.2 X 6.2 would work. And it does feed...just no image.

The plain page is different from an envelope.

That is why we have a separate column of specifications for the envelopes.

Have you tried printing any other envelope sizes?

I have printed Christmas Card envelope successfully in the past, but I haven't tried new sizes this year. Can you point me to the page listing acceptable sizes?
