Product: Photosmart 6520 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I cleaned the printhead several times, manually (swiping) and automatically (from settings),

I changed ink catridges,  still I don't get black ink out at all, only partial of blue and yellow. 

I know my printer is old but want to buy part and fix this if possible.

HP Recommended

The printhead on the Photosmart 6520 is not a replaceable part. Those are very hard to remove, and getting a new one installed, properly initialized and calibrated need special tools and it's not something that a user can do.

 

If you want to take a risk you can find replacement printheads on eBay, I would highly recommend you not to invest in your printer repair, better to save $ for a new printer.
