Bonjour, sur mon HP 8020 SERIES qui a 8 mois j'ai le code même 62 80 03 problème de tête d'impression.

Malgré le fait de la débrancher 1 min, logiciel à jour le problème persiste, impossible d'imprimer, pour info cartouche HP récente.

Merci d'avance pour votre aide et tuto si une action est possible
