Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a piece of paper stuck so I pulled it out.  Now every time I print, I received the following:  "Manual duplex. Load try 2.  Press Ok." But tray 2 is loaded and I am not trying to duplex print.  I have tried unplugging, resetting, removing each tray and cleaned them out, changed my settings to only tray 2 and then to choose best.  Nothing seems to work.  Any ideas?

Duplex command is normally generated from the print driver. It is possible that your driver settings are corrupted.

On your PC, got to control panel>devices and printers and right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the drop down menu. Click on device settings tab and make sure that it shows that a duplex unit is installed. You can change to installed by clicking on it. Then go to print preferences and make sure that duplex is not set as the default unless you want it to be.
