Product: Office Jet 7612
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

My printer is coming up with an error - Ink System Failure.  I have gone through some instructions on the website (resetting, cleaning, firmware) and still no luck.  The next step is go contact HP to find support, but I get stuck in this loop of not being able to actually get in touch with support.  Can anyone help?

It is a n Officejet 7612, it is out of warranty but I would like to get it repaired.
