Cannot Print!  Help Pls.  This is B&W and Color and will not print either.  However a couple black lines come out when printing - along with three blue logo type things - but nothing else that I try to print.   Cartidges must be full - have never printed for a year - since i bought it.   I reinstalled the cartridges and nothing happened.   The logos on the printer are impossible to decipher also!  thanks in advance.

A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

I understand you need support and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

Does the printer print when you copy a document?

How is the printer connected, USB or wireless?

Could you also print a self test page and let me know if it prints. In order to print the self test page:

1.) Press and hold the Power button , and then press the Cancel button .

2.) Let go of the Cancel button and then the Power button.
