Hi
I have a client that has just been updated from Win7 x32 to Win 10 x64 and we cannot get any drivers for this printer.
I have seen other threads recommending using a 1220 driver, but it looks as though this is no longer available through Windows update either.
Does anyone have a driver/solution to get this going at all ?
Thanks
Garry

Hi Krazy
Thanks for the reply, unfortunately that didnt work.
I did manage to get it going however, using a Vista x64 driver did the trick for me, so its now back online.
Thanks for taking the time to offer a solution.

Welcome to HP Community
The Deskjet 1280 is an older model and doesn't have driver for Windows 10.
You could try reinstalling the printer using Windows Built-In driver. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01796879
You can also try HP Smart App. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142
Thank you
